Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:Identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with clients.
Property Marketing and Sales:Promoting and selling properties, conducting property viewings, and negotiating sales agreements.
Market Expertise and Analysis:Providing clients with market insights, property evaluations, and staying updated on market trends and property values.
Sales Process Management:Managing the sales process from initial contact to closing, including preparing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:Preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management.
Collaboration and Communication:Collaborating with other teams (marketing, legal, finance) to ensure smooth transactions and effective communication with all stakeholders.
Target Achievement:Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall sales goals of the company.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
Performance bonus
