Role Description This is a full-time Real Estate Sales Executive role located in Pune, responsible for assisting clients with their real estate investment needs. The role involves conducting market research, identifying properties that align with client requirements, conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and providing end-to-end support to clients throughout the investment process. Qualifications • Prior experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and establish mutually beneficial agreements • Good knowledge of the real estate market, including market trends, legal requirements, and financing options • Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
