We are looking for a qualified real estate Sales Specialist who will be responsible for buying and selling property for our real estate business. You will be tasked with growing our customer base by generating leads, counseling clients on market conditions, and developing competitive market prices. You will also be in charge of creating lists of real estate properties and presenting purchase offers to sellers.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Handle special projects, as assigned Interacting with existing and prospective clients (Investors, retailers and individuals of high net worth) so as to keep them upbeat with the latest developments and offerings and also making them a part of our future projects.
• Monitor and control the budget for the area to ensure that all financial targets are met and that all necessary financial controls are in place to comply with company and regulatory requirements.
• Handling Direct Sales, Channel Sales and Corporate tie - up activity for generate maximum business for Residential and Commercial projects.- Responsible for generating new business opportunity for the organization.- Monitoring and positioning for all future projects.
• Continuous follow up with the customers and building and retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.
• Developing and nurturing relationship with new and existing clients.
• Develop and execute strategy for customer acquisition marketing across multiple channels to deliver on the Company's sales growth objectives.
• Listing properties
• Under leadership and guidance of the Head of Sales and Marketing overseeing and coordinating the activities for achieving increased growth and profitability.

Desired Candidate Profile
• The job pays a good fixed salary plus Incentives on the achievement of targets.
• A hard-core sales representative from a real estate background will be required to generate leads, attend walk-ins and update abt the product
• The Incumbent shall have good communication and computer skills.
• Easy with networking and meeting new people.
• Quick, hungry for Business development, sales, client acquisition, lead generation
• Excellence in sales and marketing with a positive attitude and team-playing ability.
