Job Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai.

Post: Real Estate Sales Executive

Salary: up to ₹30,000 pm

Qualification: Any

Experience: 1 to 3 Years in Real Estate Sales

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify potential clients and build a network of leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and online platforms
Establish and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, understanding their needs and preferences.
Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about properties to prospective buyers.
Regularly follow up with clients to provide updates, address questions, and nurture relationships.
Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers.
Showcase the features and benefits of properties, highlighting their unique selling points.
Present purchase offers and negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients.
Guide buyers through the sales process, including inspections, appraisals, and financing.
Stay informed about the local real estate market, including pricing trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and understand customer preferences.
Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on properties, market trends, and investment potential
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including sales contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements.
Coordinate with internal teams, such as legal, finance, and marketing, to ensure a smooth and timely sales process.
Keep records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using CRM systems or other tools
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain a high level of responsiveness and availability to accommodate client needs.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or a similar sales role.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, property values, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software or sales management tools is a plus.

Salary: ₹11,470.78 - ₹30,000.00 per month
