Working Days: Monday to Friday. (Saturday & Sunday off)
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and professional Receptionist with excellent communication skills and fluency in English to join our team at My Care International As the first point of contact, the Receptionist will play a pivotal role in managing front desk operations and ensuring seamless administrative support for the office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Front Desk Operations:
• Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.
• Address inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s services.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Manage and organize files, both physical and digital, for easy access and record-keeping.
• Assist in preparing reports and maintaining documentation.
• Coordinate with departments for administrative support as needed.
• Attendance Management:
• Track and update employee attendance records accurately.
• Liaise with the HR department to ensure adherence to attendance and leave policies.
• Office Coordination:
• Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.
• Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable at all times.
• Order and manage office supplies and vendor coordination.
• Communication Management:
• Distribute and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Act as a point of communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is a must.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
• Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
