We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our growing team in our modern offices conveniently located above Town Hall Station in Sydney CBD.

The Role:

As the first point of contact for clients, barristers, opposing counsel and visitors to the firm, you will play a crucial role in delivering a professional and welcoming experience at our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner
Greet and assist visitors, including clients and legal professionals
Manage and coordinate meeting room bookings
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
Assist with general administrative tasks as required
