Sydney CBD, full-time office based role
Up to $80k
Our client is a boutique commercial law firm. This role is to support the running of the office as well as providing tailored support to clients ensuring they have a seamless experience. They have around 20 staff in the Sydney CBD office and this role is key in ensuring the business runs smoothly and that clients have a great experience.
The ideal candidate will be client-focused, professional, and welcoming. This role is front of house so you will be responsible for setting the tone for all clients and visitors as well as looking after their needs. The role will also take on administrative duties for the firm with support from the Operations Manager. This role will also be responsible for organising catering for both internal and external meetings. This role would suit a friendly, professional, experienced Receptionist.
Responsibilities include:
Answer and direct phone calls
Distribute mail, deliveries, and couriers
Act as the first point of contact for visitors ensuring meeting rooms are set up with refreshments and any equipment.
Ensuring the office and kitchen are presentable and well-stocked
Administrative duties for the wider firm
Support the organisation of events and functions for both staff and clients
Oversight of boardroom and meeting room bookings as well as setting up equipment/refreshments
Experience/Attributes required:
Intermediate MS office skills
Experience in an office environment in a similar role is key
Experience in a professional service or a law firm is highly desirable
Ability to foster and maintain lasting relationships with colleagues and clients
Willingness to go beyond for clients and colleagues
Exceptional presentation
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Full Australian working rights are essential
