Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payment Follow-Up Executive to join our
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely collection of
outstanding payments, maintaining excellent relationships with clients, and assisting with
related administrative tasks. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a
professional demeaner, and the ability to manage multiple payment inquiries effectively. The
role will also involve general administrative duties to support the finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely invoicing and follow up with clients for outstanding payments.
Communicate with clients regarding overdue invoices and resolve any payment-related
queries.
Assist in preparing payment reminders and account statements for clients.
Maintain detailed records of all payment follow-up activities, including calls, emails, and
correspondence.
Work closely with the finance team to track and resolve discrepancies in payments.
Handle incoming and outgoing payment communications, ensuring clarity and
professionalism.
Monitor payment due dates and send reminders in a timely manner.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate payment
processing.
Provide excellent customer service to clients while maintaining a professional approach to
payment issues.
Assist in generating reports related to outstanding payments and account statuses.
Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and assisting in the preparation of
financial documents.
Handle any other duties related to payment follow-ups as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Finance, Accounting, or Office
Management is a plus.
Proven work experience in payment follow-up, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in resolving payment issues.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to track multiple payments efficiently.
Customer service attitude with a focus on maintaining positive client relationships.

Near WEH Metro station in Andheri East, Mumbai (In Natraj Building )
