We are Looking for Receptionist
Job Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 1-2 Yrs.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and Assisting Visitors: Welcoming guests, providing information, and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Managing Phone Calls: Answering and routing calls professionally, taking messages, and providing customer service.
Administrative Tasks: Maintaining office supplies, filing documents, and handling basic data entry.
Scheduling and Calendar Management: Booking appointments, coordinating meetings, and updating calendars.
Mail and Courier Handling: Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages.
Maintaining a Professional Reception Area: Ensuring a clean, tidy, and organized reception space.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills: Both verbal and written.
Customer service skills: Providing friendly and helpful assistance.
Organizational skills: Managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
Basic computer skills: Data entry, email management.
Strong phone etiquette and call handling skills .
