We are looking for a smart and courteous female receptionist with at least 2 years of experience to manage our front desk, assist in daily office tasks, and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
Maintain visitor logs and manage front desk operations
Provide basic administrative support to the office team
Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Graduate in any discipline
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with email and phone communication
Well-groomed, presentable, and professional demeanor
Fluent in Hindi and English
