Full job description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible to handle front desk operations, provide administrative support and manage MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should be well presented, organized and proficient in MS Excel with good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

· Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.

· Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

· Handle queries from the public and clients.

· Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization.

· Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.

· Schedule meetings and appointments as required.

· Perform other administrative duties such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, filing, etc.

· Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as needed.

Manage office supplies for front desk and inform management when stock is low.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
