Summary (Brief summary of position) Responsible for welcoming and announcing on-site visitors, answering calls, taking clear messages, handling catering requests, maintaining required logs, scheduling conference rooms using the on-line program, receiving deliveries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Answer incoming calls, transfer calls as requested, take detailed and accurate messages.
Provide callers with address, directions, and other information as requested.
Book conference rooms and catering requests.
Inform the IT Department of all A/V needs for conference room reservations.
Maintain In/Out sheets for the office.
In addition, responsibilities related to maintaining firm and client information are to be adhered to by all employees. This includes complying with the firm’s information security policies, protecting firm assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference, and reporting security events or potential events or other security risks to management.

Qualifications

· Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

Must be a pleasant, congenial individual.
Must have excellent listening and communication skills.
Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or GED required. Experience preferred; law firm experience a plus.

Compensation

The base salary range offered for this role will be $55,000.00 to $66,000. When determining a candidate’s compensation offer, elements unique to each person are taken into consideration including but not limited to skill set, experience level, performance, professional certifications, degrees and location, as well as the needs of the Firm.
