Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our team at HK Permanent Makeup Clinic as a Receptionist cum Counsellor. As a Receptionist cum Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and guidance throughout their visit. Your role will involve both administrative tasks and providing support and counseling to our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the clinic, ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere.
• Schedule appointments and maintain an organized and up-to-date appointment calendar.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing accurate and detailed information about our services.
• Maintain client records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of information.
• Assist clients in filling out necessary forms and gathering required documentation.
• Provide clients with information on the various permanent makeup services offered, explaining the procedures, benefits, and potential risks.
• Conduct initial consultations with clients, discussing their desired outcomes and assessing their suitability for permanent makeup treatments.
• Offer professional guidance and advice to clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
• Collaborate with permanent makeup artists and technicians to schedule and coordinate client appointments.
• Assist with post-treatment care instructions and recommend appropriate products for aftercare.
• Handle billing and payment processing accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring supplies are well-stocked.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and advancements in permanent makeup procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities as required.
Qualifications:
• Female candidates only (Freshers are also welcome)
• Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a beauty or aesthetic clinic setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with a diverse clientele.
• Empathetic and compassionate demeanor, with a genuine desire to help and support clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of permanent makeup procedures, techniques, and products is a plus.
• Familiarity with administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, record-keeping, and billing.
• Proficiency in using computer software and electronic systems for managing client information.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and occasional weekends to accommodate client schedules.
• Fluency in English, Hindi & Telugu is a must.
