Receptionist

We are seeking a skilled receptionist to join our team in the education industry.

Responsibilities:

Location: Riddhi Siddhi

Pay - 1.8LPA to 3LPA CTC

Experience - 6 Months to 2 Years

Greet and welcome students and visitors to our institution in a friendly and professional manner.

Provide information about our institution's programs, services, and facilities to interested individuals.

Engage in conversations with students to understand the purpose of their visit and offer appropriate assistance.

Request students to fill out necessary forms and documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

Maintain an organized system for recording student and visitor entries, using Ms-Excel or a similar tool.

Create and update visitor files, including contact details, purpose of visit, and any relevant notes.

Responsibilities:

Follow confidentiality protocols to handle sensitive information securely and responsibly.

Coordinate with relevant staff members to ensure students are directed to the appropriate department or person.

Answer incoming calls, redirecting them to the relevant department or taking messages when necessary.

Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary materials.

Stay up-to-date with our institution's offerings, events, and updates to provide accurate information to students and visitors.

Skills and Qualification:

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational abilities with an attention to detail.

Proficient in using Ms-Excel or similar software for data entry and record-keeping.

Familiarity with administrative tasks and office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Professional demeanor and the ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.

Basic knowledge of the education industry and its services is advantageous
