As the Admin and Receptionist at Lavish Holiday Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and will be responsible for managing administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Administrative Support:

Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
Coordinate appointments and meetings, including scheduling and preparing meeting rooms.
Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and other general administrative tasks as needed.
Customer Service:

Provide information to clients and visitors about our services and packages.
Assist clients with inquiries, bookings, and other requests promptly and courteously.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Communication:

Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
Relay messages and information accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional certification in office administration or related field is desirable.
Professional appearance and demeaner.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
