Key Responsibilities:
• Front Desk Management:
• Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage visitor entry, including checking in and issuing visitor badges.
• Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
• Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Coordination and Communication:
• Serve as the liaison between departments to facilitate smooth operations.
• Coordinate with all departments to address and resolve any operational issues.
• Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
• Maintenance and Problem Resolution:
• Address and resolve issues related to electrical maintenance, cleaning, and other facility concerns.
• Coordinate with external service providers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of maintenance problems.
• Maintain records of maintenance issues and service requests.
• Office and Pantry Supplies:
• Monitor and manage inventory levels for office and pantry supplies.
• Purchase and replenish office supplies, including stationery, kitchen essentials, and other necessary items.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective procurement.
• Administrative Support:
• Assist with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Basic understanding of office maintenance and supply management.

Working Conditions:
• Office environment with standard working hours; occasional flexibility may be required.
• Occasional physical tasks, including lifting supplies and handling maintenance issues.
