Hours: 40 hours per week

What you'll be doing;
• Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to site
• Fielding telephone enquiries
• Answering queries by email
• Booking taxis
• Taking receipt of deliveries
• Reserving meeting rooms
• Maintain the reception area to ensure an impressive and professional appearance

What we're looking for;
• Previous experience of working within a similar role, with key responsibilities
• Clear communication skills when interacting with clients
• Customer service experience
• Computer literacy, with a good knowledge and understanding of IT systems
• Excellent organisational skills
