The Company

people2people are experiencing an influx of work within office support and are seeking Corporate Receptionists and Administrators for their temporary CBD vacancies. The roles will vary from 1-2 day assignments, 2-3 month assignments, 6-12 month assignments and temporary to permanent opportunities.

THE ROLE

Your Duties Will Include, But Aren't Limited To

" Meeting and greeting visitors

" Preparation of meeting rooms

" Accepting deliveries from couriers

" Assisting with travel bookings

" Ordering of office supplies

" Ad hoc administrative duties

About You

To be considered for this role you will have:

" Demonstrated expertise in Reception positions

" Strong communication and presentation skills

" High attention to detail

" Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
