Are you ready to be the welcoming face of a reputable Strata Management company? We pride ourselves on building long-lasting relationships based on trust and integrity. As our receptionist, you'll play a key role in upholding these values with our clients, partners, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the office is tidy and presentable at all times.
Prepare tea and coffee (using a proper coffee machine) for visitors.
Greet visitors and answer phone calls professionally and with a positive attitude.
Manage office supplies, ensuring timely orders and stock management.
Handle administrative tasks like filing, scanning, and efficiently distributing mail.
Keep the office neat and organised to maintain a professional atmosphere.
Tackle repetitive tasks with care and attention to detail.
Assist the Executive team with organising events, such as quarterly social gatherings, including researching venues and making bookings.
Use your computer skills (especially Microsoft Office) to support various office tasks.
Personal Traits and Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly phone manner.
Highly organised with a keen sense of cleanliness and high hygiene standards.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
