Position: Casual Receptionist at My Masseur Hours: Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Key Responsibilities:
• Warmly greeting clients and assisting with check-ins and appointments.
• Answering phone calls and managing inquiries with professionalism.
• Basic billing and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Housekeeping duties including light cleaning and maintaining cleanliness.
• Handling laundry of linen and maintaining a tidy clinic environment.
Requirements:
• No prior experience necessary; we'll provide training!
• A positive attitude and a welcoming demeanor are a must.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to pitch in where needed to ensure client satisfaction.
