Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front of House Receptionist/Administrator to join our team at a leading Brunswick automotive repair business.

This is a fast-paced, high-energy role that requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

In this position, you will be the first point of contact for clients, answering calls, emails, and greeting them with a smile.

You will also be responsible for organizing meetings, managing diaries, and assisting with administrative tasks such as filing and ordering supplies.

Scheduling and managing client appointments and bookings is also a key aspect of this role.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry, particularly in a body shop.

You should be able to multitask, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

A strong understanding of Microsoft Office and attention to detail are also essential for this position.

MUST HAVE experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
MUST HAVE iBodyShop experience

Punctual, reliable, and professionally presented with excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail
