Receptionist ASAP Start-£14.00ph-£14.42ph Green Park Office based +am-6pm An international shipping and logistics firm require a Receptionist to join their small but friendly London office to provide exceptional front of house support. This role is to start ASAP and temp initially for a 4 weeks period prior to going to contract. The role: Front point of contact for all visitors and guests Answering and transferring calls Organising lunches and breakfast for meetings occasionally Organising refreshments for guests on arrival Calendar and diary management Franking post and distributing post on a daily basis Arranging courier and taxis Managing office stationery and kitchen supplies Assistant senior team members with adhoc duties The ideal candidate: Available immediately due to this role being an ASAP start Excellent client facing and communications skills Previous experience in a similar role desirable Excellent organisation skills Can do attitude and willing to learn new skills Enjoy working independently or within a team If you are a reliable and organised Receptionist available immediately please send your CV forward today.
