About The Role

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our busy team. This role is suitable for someone with experience or at entry level. Suitable candidates will be seeking a long-term career within the company.

Answering phone calls;

General customer service, including greeting clients and visitors;

Processing and printing of orders;

General office support to all divisions;

General office administration duties;

Ensure Office and Rep Room is neat & tidy

What You Will Bring To The Table

Strong computer literacy including Microsoft products. CartonCloud experience is desirable but not essential;

Exceptional presentation, punctual, responsible, trustworthy and friendly;

Ability to work in a demanding and busy role both autonomously and within a team;

Previous experience as a receptionist / customer service is desirable;

Strong work ethic;

Attention to detail;

Ability to communicate with a variety of clients;

Be passionate about producing high quality work with a commitment to on time delivery and a “can do outlook”;

Approach every task positively while demonstrating a commitment to safe work practices;

Previous warehouse or related work and ******* brand/product knowledge advantageous;

Full working rights for Australia;

Able to provide a police clearance within 30 days.
