We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our extraordinary Accounting and Business Advisory Firm in our Cairns office.

We are looking for a vibrant, enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service skills. Supporting our reception area and management team, the successful candidate will have a warm and caring personality, with an understanding of the importance of serving customers at a high level.

Suitable candidates will have:

2 - 3 years minimum working in a similar role
A great work ethic
Good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft applications
Friendly telephone manner and a passion for delighting clients
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High level of attention to detail
Proficient time-management and organisational skills
Professionally presented
Must have a current driver’s license
Flexibility is a plus!
Duties will include:

Welcoming clients who visit the office and answering incoming calls
General administration support to our accounting & management team
Experience in updating calendars and scheduling appointments
Attend to presentation of meeting rooms, reception and overall office
Preparation of client correspondence
Attend to incoming and outgoing mail
Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
Assist with events, meeting refreshments and lunches
General office up-keep, kitchen, breakout area and reception space
