About the Role
This Senior Receptionist and Administrator position is ideal for an ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer experiences to hundreds of clients weekly.
Key Responsibilities
• Front-of-house reception: Greet customers, answer phones, make bookings, maintain a presentable area
• Support clinical team members
• Assist with administration, general operations, and other tasks as needed
Requirements
• Previous experience in reception or front-of-house roles, preferably in healthcare or clinical settings
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ambitious and compassionate individual
• Local to Romford/Ilford area
Compensation and Benefits
£30,000 starting salary, performance bonus up to £6,000, 20 days holiday + public holidays, pension, and free car parking.
