RazerTech Consulting is looking to hire a Receptionist cum Admin Executive for a high growth, leading luxury brand.
Location : Hyderabad
Experience : 2 - 3 years only
Mandatory Requirement : Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ relevant experience preferably in the Retailing Sector.
We are looking for young and dynamic personality for a position of Receptionist cum Administrative Executive who has fare understanding and experience on handling the front office, administration activities and day to day operation activities. The candidate should be good at understanding and directing the visitors to the concern department, and good at executing the task assigned by the directors.
MAJOR DELIVERABLES:
• Handle the front office - directing all visitors, including vendors, clients, candidates and customers appropriately
• Screen Incoming calls and direct it to appropriate departments and take accurate and complete messages.
• Order and Manage the Office Stationery supplies
• Manage the routine Office Administrative duties.
• Perform other duties as instructed by the Management team which contribute to the effective office management of the company.
• Coordinate and manage the day to day operations of the Office Assistants
• Handle Travel arrangements when required
• Executing the task as instructed by Directors.
COMPETENCIES:
• Good at English and Hindi Communication
• Presentably
• Good at handling visitors
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration with 2-3 years of Office Administration experience preferably in the retailing sector.
• English and Hindi speaking is essential.
• Ability to multitask is preferred.
PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Relevant experience in a similar field preferred
