Job Description

We are an integrated team of passionate civil engineers, landscape architects, surveyors, town planners, urban designers, water engineers, digital specialists and visual media artists providing consultancy services to the property and infrastructure sectors. Our team of more than 350 people work across ten offices in VIC, NSW, SA, QLD, and the ACT.

Job Description
Joining our Administration team, you'll be responsible for:

Answering phones, redirecting calls and taking messages
Managing incoming and outgoing mail, both physical and electronic
General office housekeeping including maintaining office and kitchen supplies
Ensuring meeting rooms, kitchen, and reception areas are kept clean
Arranging catering and happy hour requirements
Managing pool vehicle bookings
Assisting with travel requests
Providing general administrative support to the wider business as required

With previous experience in receptionist/administrative roles, you'll come to us with:

Intrinsic ability to use initiative to complete tasks proactively.
Strong work ethic, and the desire to work as part of a collaborative team
Previous experience with travel booking systems, managing calendars, office administration and coordinating tasks within a team
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Natural organisation and time management capabilities
Effective communication within a professional services corporate environment
Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite
