Receptionist – Cranbourne Mazda

Are you an enthusiastic and diligent individual looking to be a part of a dynamic, state-of-the-art dealership? Cranbourne Mazda is seeking a motivated Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dealership and provide outstanding customer service. We are looking for 2 Receptionist to work 3 days each a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive first impression

• Answer phone calls, emails, and manage customer inquiries

• Maintain and monitor the reception area

• Follow up on daily tasks such as vehicle registrations, data entry, petty cash handling, and light banking duties

• Handle incoming leads and direct them to the appropriate department

• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Proficient with basic office software and multitasking
