What you will be doing
Making Customers feel welcome, respected and supported
Operating the point-of-sale systems
Supporting the operations of the café and shop
Providing information to Splash Centre Customers
Operating the inhouse computer systems to process pool bookings, lessons and fitness classes
What we're looking for
A people person with proven customer service experience who is passionate about helping customers
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy
Ability to work weekends/evenings and some public holidays (suitable for students)
Food handling and Barista skills, though not essential, would be an advantage
