We’re on the lookout for a Client Administrator & Receptionist to join our team – someone with a sharp eye for detail, confidence working with documents and financial information, and strong communication skills when liaising with clients. You don’t need to have done it all before – if you’re articulate, accurate, and proactive, we’ll support you with the training and development to grow.

💼 What You’ll Do

Be the first point of contact for our clients – professional, empathetic, and solutions-focused.
Oversee the office operations for the team, managing Reception, greeting clients and general office duties
Support Financial Advisers by managing client meetings, assisting with record keeping, and documentation.
Work with our CRM and IT systems such as MS365 and Xplan
Coordinate documentation such as agreements, forms, and advice records with precision and efficiency.

A solid background in administration within a professional services environment.
Strong skills in reviewing and handling documents, contracts, or financial data.
High attention to detail and great organisational habits.
Clear, confident verbal and written communication – you’re great at explaining complex matters simply.
A willingness to learn and grow – especially into the financial advice sector.
