Key Responsibilities: Lead on the management of day to day operational matters associated with data entry, file organising, and other office related work.
As a Receptionist cum Admin Assistant, you will be the point of contact for our organisation. Duties include offering administrative support across the organisation. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the Hotel (if needed). You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. Multitasking skill is essential for this position. Ultimately, a Receptionist cum Admin Assistant’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
• Welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the Hotel.
• Enter data in Microsoft excel.
• Organise file according to hotel's policy.
• Arrange all files in computer from downloading invoices to uploading them on proper folder in computer.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Ensure desks area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Perform all other tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Degree required.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Must), Hindi & Gujarati Languages.
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or back office.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Tally prime is asset.
• Experience with GST, TDS, PF any accounting related work will be an asset.
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g.printers)
• Professional attitude and appearance needed.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Customer service attitude.
• Payslip required from previous job.
Location: Airport Road, Hansol, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Salary: Rs 10,000 to Rs 15,000/- Per Month
