Key responsibilities:

1. Handle the support staff and receptionist duties.

2. Warmly greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees, manage incoming calls, handle inquiries, and maintain a tidy reception area.

3. Coordinate appointments and meetings, manage conference room bookings, and maintain accurate calendars.
