About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist on a Casual basis to welcome and make our beautiful Holiday Park a special place for our guests.

You will be responsible for:

Delivering a range of front-line reception services
Ensuring that all enquiries, bookings, reservations and face-to-face interactions with customers are carried out effectively and courteously
What you will bring to the team:

Experience (or the ability to quickly master) in booking systems - New Book would be advantageous
Ability to establish and maintain strong and meaningful relationships with our guests and residents
A friendly and helpful manner to deliver a high level of customer service
Willingness to be a team player and help in different departments
Strong administration, written, verbal skills
This is casual position where you will be required to work weekends and peak holiday periods.
