Mango Insurance is a leading trucking insurance broker with operations in Alberta, Ontario, and an operational office in India. Our commitment to innovation and client-first solutions has driven our growth to $45 million in premiums since 2018. We’re expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Receptionist and Admin Clerk to implement our efforts in fostering internal support.
This is a full time work from office role starting 8:30 am and Ending 5:30 PM with break from 10 AM to 10:15 AM, 12 PM to 12:30 PM and 2:30 to 2:45 PM. For 40 active hours per week.
Mango Insurance is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Calgary office: Receptionist and Admin Clerk.
As Receptionist and Admin Clerk, you will use your skills and business acumen to support the leadership team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations, with exceptional written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

Move projects along with a sense of urgency, following all lead indicators
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage internal and external correspondence for the leadership team, as required
Prepare and edit presentations
Take minutes and notes in meetings
Manage the calendar for the leadership team; planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
Coordinate and support internal and external events
Conduct research and manage project completion for the executive team
Making travel and guest arrangements
Support positive relationships crucial to the success of the organization
Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the leadership team and internal departments; demonstrate leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support

Knowledge and Experience:
Strong organizational skills with an ability to perform independently and prioritize tasks
Seamless project execution and excellent attention to detail
Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members and, external partners
Expert level written and verbal communication skills
Emotional maturity
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
1-5 years of experience in an admin role
Experience with internal and external communications
Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams), Able Extract, Adobe
