We are currently growing our business and seeking a motivated Receptionist/Office Admin to join our team.
You will be part of a supportive team working on various IT roles across multiple locations in Australia.
Since we are 100% remote, you can be based anywhere in Australia and we will make it work.
The ideal candidate should possess:
Previous experience in office administration or customer service.
A genuine passion for interacting with people.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently.
Effective time management and priority setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail is essential.
Experience with the MS Office suite is highly desirable.
Responsibilities include:
Responding to inquiries from job seekers via phone and email.
Coordinating interview requests and calendar invitations for candidates.
Providing administrative support to team members as needed.
Collaborating with the larger team to facilitate business operations and requests.
