We are currently growing and expanding our business, and we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our team.
You will be working with a supportive team to manage various IT roles across different locations in Australia. Since we are 100% remote, you can be based anywhere in Australia, and we will make necessary arrangements.
Key Requirements
Previous experience in office administration or customer service is highly preferred.
Strong passion for engaging with people.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Capacity to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of attention to detail is essential.
Proficiency in the MS Office suite of programs is highly desired.
Responsibilities
Attend to inquiries from job seekers via phone and email.
Coordinate interview requests and calendar invites for candidates.
Provide administrative support to other team members when needed.
Collaborate with a larger team to facilitate business functions and requests.
