Phone Management & Office Administration – Handle calls, manage office tasks, and process payments
Team Leadership – Oversee staff, train, and coach team members
Customer Service Excellence – Address client needs
Facility Oversight– Ensure the cleanliness of the kennel, manage supplies, and sales
Pet Care – Oversee feeding, medication, and ensure a safe and happy environment for our pets
