Work Experience & Qualification:-
• 2 year in reception / admin / front office.
• Bachelors Degree (MBA FRESHER Can Apply).
Key Skills:-
• Good in Speaking & Letter Drafting in English & Hindi both.
• MS Excel, MS Office & Email.
Job Profile:-
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook).
• Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them and direct calls to the concerned person / extension.
Job Location:- Alambagh, Lucknow (Candidate lives in nearby area will prefer for selection निकटवर्ती क्षेत्र में रहने वाली अभ्यर्थियो को चयन हेतु प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।)
Salary:- Rs.12,000 – 18,000/- per month + PF & Others
