Full job description
Seeking a mature, calm, personable and competent person to staff our reception desk. You would be a complementary Team Member to our various Uni students. You will need to be professional in your presentation and having flexibility in your working hours due to the challenges we face with rostering. You will be required to promote our values of excellence, integrity, respect, and compassion while interacting with our many and varied clients and providing admin support to our wonderful Speech Pathologists. You will be: answering phones, invoicing, managing documents, photocopying, scanning and emailing; replenishing office and kitchen supplies, and attending Team meetings.
