Key Responsibilities:Reception Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as necessary.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative and clerical support including filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and utilities.
Assist HR/Admin team with organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Maintain and update staff contact lists and other internal records.
Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
High school diploma required; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
3yrs of Experience is must with Bachelor's degree

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
