Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and well-organized Receptionist/Administrator to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced training environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, students, and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly.
Maintain student registration records, attendance sheets, and appointment schedules.
Support administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and documentation.
Assist with coordination of training sessions, trainer schedules, and classroom management.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and office area.
Order and manage office supplies and basic facility requirements.
Support the HR and operations team as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in an admin role preferred (1+ year).
Good communication skills in English and local language (Kannada preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and data entry).
Friendly personality, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
Minimum Qualification: PUC or Graduate.

Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
