My Telford based client is currently recruiting for a receptionist/administrator on a temporary basis.
Paying upto £12.37ph
Responsibilities for Receptionist/Administrator:-
• Welcoming visitors
• Verify the identity of all visitors, providing appropriate visitors passes and maintaining an accurate record of those visitors in the building
• Handling queries via phone, email and general correspondence
• Transferring calls as necessary
• Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff members in time
• Managing meeting room availability
• Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching mail
• Providing administrative support to colleagues
• Maintaining office supplies as necessary
Skills and Experience Receptionist/Administrator:-
• Previous experience of working within a sales/customer service role
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong administration skills
Previous roles Receptionist, Customer Service or Administrator.
