Role & responsibilities
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
*Take dictation and minutes
*Produce reports, presentations and briefs
*Establish and maintain systems and procedures to support the efficient running of the office.
*Read and prioritise incoming correspondence and prepare draft responses as appropriate.
Ensure that cyclical and management deadlines for reports, reviews, budgets are met.
*Manage and organize external/internal events as required
*Acting as the first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
Preferred candidate profile
* Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
* Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
* Outstanding organisational and time management skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
The candidate should be ready to travel to both locations, Sewri & Ghansoli.
