About The Role

We are looking for a candidate who can start within the next two weeks, if possible.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced receptionist to join our team. You will be responsible for welcoming students by greeting them, answering the phone in an appropriate manner, responding and directing phone and email enquiries.

Some Of Your Key Responsibilities Will Be To

Respond to student's enquiries at the front desk.
Organize and facilitate student orientation programs. Process the intake and registration of Diploma and Bachelor students.
Accurate maintenance of student records in the information system, ensuring data consistency and compliance.
Prepare and issue certificates for our students.
Collaborate with various departments to optimise unit enrolments processes and publications of results.
Maintain timely communication of course progress notifications to students and intervention when necessary.

About You

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
The ability to multitask along with using the Microsoft Office suite and other standard software is of course crucial to the success of any administration role.
Professional presentation skills are a must
Strong organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills will be greatly appreciated in our organization.
Empathetic and understanding character when dealing with our students.
Please note that a valid Working with Children Check is a requirement for this role. If you are successfully hired for this role, you must obtain a check and you will be reimbursed. If you have a current VIT Provisional Registration or Teacher Registration, you would not require a separate WWCC.
