About the role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Sydney office as a Records Assistant/Clerk to work on a full-time basis in our Records team. Reporting to the Records Manager, this is a unique opportunity to gain experience in records management in a global law firm.
You will be responsible for assisting the firm's lawyers, paralegals and support staff to manage files; including processing, storage and retrieval.
Ideally you will have experience in an office role; however, it's more important that you bring the right skills and a positive can-do attitude. The role requires a detail orientated individual who can communicate with internal staff while working in a close knit team with the ability to work autonomously at times.
What does the role involve?
Performing essential daily Records functions, including label production and preparing files for offsite storage
Working on new and interesting projects
Assisting with quality control to ensure compliance with firm standards
About you

Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential, as are excellent communication skills.
You will ideally have experience working in an administration or similar role in a professional, corporate environment.
