Recruiter - Delivery Executive
Responsibilities:
1.Recruitment:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified delivery executive candidates.
• Source potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and local networks.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for the delivery executive role.
• Maintain a candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
2. Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies during the recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interview notes, and hiring-related documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Diploma, graduation equvalent, additional qualifications in human resources or relevant fields are a plus.
• Proven experience of 1-3yrs as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a delivery or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with delivery operations and the requirements of a delivery executive role.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Location : Surat , Gujarat
• Can join us on : 45 days or less
