Overview
The Recruiter-Internship role is an essential position within our organization, responsible for supporting the recruitment process for internship positions.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in creating and posting job descriptions for internship positions
• Source, screen, and contact potential candidates through various channels
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Participate in career fairs and networking events to attract potential interns
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and provide recommendations to hiring managers
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Support the development and maintenance of intern candidate pipelines
• Assist in the implementation of recruitment marketing strategies
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for interns
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment function
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the internship recruitment process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Adhere to all relevant employment laws and regulations
• Participate in recruitment team meetings and initiatives
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed
Required Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Demonstrated interest in talent acquisition and recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Strong sense of initiative and drive for results
• Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field is a plus
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques is advantageous
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR software is a plus
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Availability to commit to the internship duration
