Shifts : 8PM to 5PM (Rotational Week-offs)

Reports to Team Lead/ Assistant Operations Manager
If you can help us recruit faster and more effectively, we would like to meet you. You will play an important part in building a strong brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the most qualified employees for our clients.
Roles and Responsibilities-
To coordinate with the hired candidate regarding their shift timing
Update candidates with the last-minute changes if any.
Coordinate with the clients in regard to the change, Absentees and late coming of a employee.
Work independently with a bank of nurses and doctors regarding their shifts.
Coordinate with the team for pending shifts and follow up with the employees.
Job Qualifications-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong desire to self-learn
Comfortable with high speed working under pressure
Diploma or bachelor’s degree
