Responsibilities
Under supervision, this position will be responsible for providing administrative support for a team of recruiters within Talent Acquisition to include interview scheduling, visitor access requests, conference room reservations, applicant travel arrangements, pre-hire data collection and filing, monitoring candidate background checks, assessment tracking, and career fair registration/material preparation as needed
Under guidance of the Lead Recruiter, the Recruiting Coordinator will provide system support for the applicant tracking tool; requisition creation, job posting, candidate moves, candidate reports, and perform ad hoc requests
This role is hybrid/flex and requires in-office visibility three days per week, working from the other two days

BASIC FUNCTION HCSC is looking for a dynamic individual to join its HR team! • Customer service and/or recruiting experience
