Job Summary
We are looking for a Recruitment & HR Executive to join our team and lead recruitment efforts, set up HR review systems, and manage general HR activities. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can help build a high-performing team while ensuring a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the organization.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
HR Review Systems
Design and implement performance review systems to track employee development and set clear KPIs.
Coordinate regular performance reviews and provide guidance on improvement plans and development goals.
Analyze review data to identify trends and recommend strategies to improve performance and employee engagement.
General HR Activities
Develop and update HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Manage onboarding and orientation for new hires, fostering a welcoming environment.
Address employee queries and grievances, promoting a positive work culture.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and morale.
Maintain employee records and HR databases for streamlined documentation and reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in a technology or healthcare setting.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and recruitment strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment tools (experience with Zoho Recruit is a plus).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
